The conference registration fee will give admittance at the conference hall and all workshops and seminars. It will also include conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches during the conference days and attendance at the conference gala dinner and Social events.
The following conference fees are applicable (the fees include VAT):

NOTE: Accompanying person fees do not include any presentation. Accompanying person fee includes access to Gala Dinner and Trip but does not include access to Workshops.

Each paper will be published/presented only in case the corresponding payment will be made before 11th June 2022. Speakers at the time of payment will have to clearly indicate: "Speaker presenting papers N. X and Y."
After the term, all the contributions related to non-paying presenters will be rejected. The presenters have to attend the conference. If they cannot attend, they shall contact the conference organization and agree on a substitution. The non-communicated absence will cause the rejection of their contribution.
