Fees
The conference registration fee will give admittance at the conference hall and all workshop and seminars. It will also include conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches during the conference days and attendance to the conference gala dinner and Social events. Only students’ ticket does not include GALA Dinner which can be purchased separately.
The following conference fees are applicable (the fees include VAT):

NOTE: Author and Atena member fees include the presentation of an unlimited number of papers. The author has to present at least one paper. PhD Student fee includes the presentation of one paper. Delegate, Accompanying person, and Student fees do not include any presentation. Accompanying person fee includes access to Gala Dinner and Trip but does not include access to Sessions and Workshops. PhD Student and Student fees do not include the Gala Dinner.
NOTE FOR PRESENTERS: The presenters of one or more papers have to present the wire transfer receipt within April 27th, 2018. After the term, all the contributions related to non-paying presenters will be rejected. The presenters have to attend the conference. If they cannot attend, they shall contact the conference organization and agree on a substitution. The non-communicated absence will cause the rejection of their contribution.
